No Traditional Returns
Because our products are made-to-order (printed just for you), we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges.
However, if there's an issue with your order, we've got you covered.
What We Cover
We'll work with you if:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The product doesn't meet your expectations
We handle each situation case-by-case to make sure you're taken care of.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Include the following:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo(s) showing the problem (required for defects/damage)
Step 3: We'll review and respond within 1–3 business days
Your Options
If your claim is approved, you choose:
Full refund to your original payment method
Store credit for a future order
Replacement item shipped at no extra cost
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days—usually same or next day. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Covered Situations
We may not be able to offer a refund or replacement if:
The issue is reported more than 14 days after delivery
No photo evidence is provided for defect/damage claims
The item was damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
